Basketball Court Instructions
Items Needed:-Toilet Paper roll
-Black and Beige Construction Paper
-Yellow Pipe Cleaner
-Small orange pom pom
-Black Marker
-Scissors
-Glue
Instructions: -Cut the black construction paper to be about a 1/2 inch longer than the toilet paper roll and long enough to rap around the toilet paper roll.
-Glue the black construction paper to the toilet paper roll with the excess paper all at one end.
-With one end of the pipe cleaner, stick it into the toilet paper roll towards the top (not the end with the excess paper). You might need a parent to use scissors to get the hole started.
-With the second end, make a circle and wrap the second end around the part sticking out of the toilet paper holder. This will make the hoop. Make the hoop just larger than the orange pom pom's.
-On the beige construction paper, draw a half circle on the long side of the paper. Then inside the half circle, in the middle, draw a rectangle and at the end of the rectangle, draw a half circle.
-Draw black lines on the orange pom pom's to make them look like a basketball.
-Bend the excess paper on the toilet paper roll into the middle. Then glue the excess paper to the beige construction paper at the edge of the paper in the middle of the rectangle.
