Easter Countdown Instructions

Items Needed:

-White, Blue (or any pastel color), Orange and Green Construction Paper
-Black, Pink and Blue Marker
-Oragne Pipe Cleaner
-Hole Punch
-Scissors
-Glue

Instructions:

-Use the template below to cut out the head and hands of the bunny on white construction paper.
-Cut a rectangle approximately 10 inches by 6 inches out of the blue construction paper.
-Glue the rectangle on top of the bottom of the bunny.
-Glue the hands on each of the top corners of the rectangle.
-Using the black marker, draw fingers on each hand, draw a mount of the bunny and write in the middle of the rectangle "Day Til the Easter Bunny".
-Using the pink marker, draw a nose and color in the inner part of each of the ears.
-Using the blue marker, draw eyes.
-Cut out trinagles on the orange construction paper. You will need at least 14, assuming you will be counting down for less than 30 days. Cut out a leafy top from the green construction paper. Do this so that you can glue a top of each triangle.
-On each of the triangles, write a different number on them, from 0 to 9 and then another 0-3.
-Punch a hole in the top of each triangle.
-Poke a 3 inch piece of pipe cleaner through the bottom of the rectangle, just off centered. Do this again to the opposite side of the center. Bend the back end about 1/4 inch. Bend the front end up as far as it goes.
-Hang the appropriate number on the bent pipe cleaner.
