Fall Napkin Ring Instructions
Items Needed:-Orange Construction Paper (this can be any fall color)
-Orange, Yellow, Red, Gold and White tissue paper
-Scissors
-Glue
Instructions: -Cut construction paper to be 1 inch by 4 inches.
-Cut tissue paper into 1/4 by 1/4 inch squares. You will need approximately 15 squares of each color.
-Once you have them all cut, crumple them up in your hands.
-Cover the stripe of construction paper with glue.
-Push all of the squares onto the glue.
-Give this a little time to dry, then glue one end of the construction paper to the other.
-Repeat all of the above steps for as many napkin rings as you want.
