Gingerbread Men Chain Instructions



Items Needed:

-Brown Construction Paper
-Brown, Red, Black and White Marker (If you have white ribbon, you can substitute that where the white marker is used)
-Silver, Red, Yellow, Green and Blue Glitter Glue
-Scissors
-Tape

Instructions:

-Tape two pieces of brown paper together. (This will make 5 gingerbread men - if you would like more, just keep adding paper)
-Fold the paper back and forth, using the square on the template below to determine the width of the folds.
-Cut the top and bottom to be the same size as the square on the template.
-Cut the gingerbread man out of the template. Trace him on the top of the brown paper. Cut him out.
-Open up the chain.
-Using the brown marker, draw hair and a nose on each of the men. Using the black maker draw eyes on each of the men. Using the red marker, draw a smile on each of the men.
-Using the white marker, draw cuffs on each arm and each leg. (If you have white ribbon, just glue that on.
-Using a different color of glitter glue (repeating one color), draw 3 buttons going down the belly's of the gingerbread men.
-Using the silver glitter glue, draw a bow tie on each of the men.
