Grandparents Handprints Instructions



Items Needed:

-4 different colors of construction paper - one should be white
-yarn or ribbon or sting of any kind
-Scissors
-Pencil
-Marker
-Glue or tape or stapler

Instructions:

-Trace your child's hand onto one of the colors of construction paper.
-Trace your (being an adult) hand onto a different color of construction paper.
-Cut out both hands.
-Cut out a strip of the white construction paper that is the width of a last sheet of colored construction paper by approximately 2 inches.
-Glue the white strip to the top of the colored construction paper.
-Using the marker, write on the white construction paper "Grandma's Little Angel" or Grandpa's Little Buddy" or any combination of those.
-Glue the large hand onto the construction paper underneath the white heading.
-Glue the smaller hand on top of the larger hand - having both the palms touch.
-Attach the string to both back top corners, using either tape, glue or scissors.
