Paper Garland Instructions
Items Needed:-Red and Green Construction Paper
-Scissors
-Glue or tape or stapler
Instructions: -Cut strips of red and green construction paper 1 inch by 3 inches.
-Form a loop with a red piece (the easiest way to secure it is with tape).
-With a piece of green construction paper put it through the red loop and then create a loop and secure it.
-Continue this process to make the garland as long as you want.
