Pencil Topper Instructions
Items Needed:
-Various colors of construction paper (this will vary based on what you are going to make).
-Various colors of markers (this will vary based on what you are going to make).
-Scissors
-Various other accents, (i.e. pipe cleaner, glitter glue, etc.)
Instructions:
-Decide on your design and draw it on the appropriate colored construction paper.
-Cut out your design.
-Use the markers and accents to make an designs necessary.
-Fold the design in half (lengthwise). In the middle of the cut out, make 2 slits (approximately a 1/4 inch from each other, each about a 1/4 inch in depth).
-Slide your pencil topper over your pencil.
