Shamrock Hat Instructions

-Green Construction Paper
-Scissors
-Green Pipe Cleaner(br>-Glue, Tape or Stapler

Instructions:

-Draw 2 Shamrocks and cut them out
-Cut a strip of construction paper 3 inches wide by as long as needed to fit child's head (you might have to cut 2 pieces both 3 inches wide and attach them on 2 sides)
-Connect the ends of the strip (the easiest way to do this is with tape)
-Attach the one shamrock to a pipe cleaner. Do the same with the other shamrock (again the easiest way to do this is with tape)
-Attach the two pipe cleaners to the strip of paper
