USA Banner Instructions

-Red, White and Blue Construction Paper
-Ribbon
-Scissors
-Glue or tape or stapler

Instructions:

-Cut out a star using the blue construction paper
-Cut out a slightly smaller star using the red construction paper
-Cut out an even smaller star using the white construction paper
-Paste the white star on the red one and paste the red one on the blue on. Set aside for now
-Cut out the letter "U" using the blue construction paper
-Cut out the letter "S" using the red construction paper
-Cut out the letter "A" using the white construction paper
-Cut the ribbon roughly 5 feet. Fold it in half and make a bow in the middle of the 5 feet, so that the tails on either side are roughly 2 1/2 feet.
-Using a stapler, tape, or glue (I found the stapler holds it better but the glue looks better) attach the star about 6 inches from the bow. Attaching one of the tails to the outsides of the star.
-Then proceed to attach the "U" below the star in the same way, then the "S" and then the "A". If you have to much ribbon hanging down, cut it.
