Windsock Ghost Instructions

Items Needed:

--White and Black Construction Paper
-White Streamers (or tissue paper)
-Glue (or Tape)
-Yarn (or String)
-Scissors

Instructions:

-Cut a piece of white construction paper so that it is 6 inchs by 11 inches (you can make the ghost as big or small as you want)
-Cut 3 equal ovals for the eyes and mouth. Glue them to the middle of the paper.
-Cut your streamer (or tissue paper) into stripes that are 10 inches by 1 inch.
-Glue or Tape (I found tape is easier) the streamers along the bottom on the back of the white paper.
-Glue or Tape (Again tape is easier) the two ends of the ghost body to each (making it tube like).
-Attach the string or yarn to the top of the opposite sides of the ghost body, leaving it long enough to be able to hang it. (It is easier if you have a hole punch, but any way you can attach the string will work
